The location is indeed superb, it's near to Jaume 1 which quite some sights are gathered there, and just a short walk would bring you to barceloneta which have a lot of good food.
Air conditioning is not working great, and it doesn't feel safe opening the window which means the room was hot and unbearable at times. They charge for wifi, which although it's stated, it just isn't right for a 4 star hotel. Even if you paid, you can only use it in the reception.

The hotel is ideally located in the middle of everything. Also, it is only 2 blocks from a metro station.
There was no wifi available.

Spotlessly clean place, very good service, responsive staff. Breakfast with juice and much better coffee. Beautifully maintained room and luxury bathroom. Perfect and incredible location to jamue station and easy access to a shopping centre and supermarkets. 10 minutes' walk to Gothic Quarter Centre. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was stylish.

It reminded us of South Beach, Florida. The bathroom was very modern. Great shower! The location was perfect.
Very nice hotel. The only negative is that the Metro shakes the building when it passes through.

I like it very much especially our own rooftop, because we could have a spontaneous smoke. Beautiful parasol too! It was very clean on the balcony, no sign of birds excrements. Beautiful interior design of the room. Very small LCD screen for TV and just one english speaking channel.
No free wifi in room! BAD how difficult is it to include it in the room price?

The location was excellent, just a short walk from iconic sites like Las Ramblas and Port Vell. Staff were consistently attentive, contributing to a cute atmosphere. Breakfast was really good, especially compared to other dining experiences. The room cleanliness could be improved, and some areas felt a bit dated.

Room was very dark Mini-bar not stocked and had to fill myself Had to pay for a daily rate to use the safe in my room. Also had to go to reception to get it delivered rather than staff sending it to my room Rooms not properly noise insulated so could hear a lot from other rooms and corridor

It was a very nice modern room. There was a large bathroom/shower area. The view from our walkout balcony was wonderful. We were able sit outside on the top floor (6th I think) and have a glass of wine.
The sliding glass door to the balcony did not lock. I asked about this at the front desk, and they knew about the problem. Also, the minifridge in the room was not working. The hotel staff did provide us with ice.
